The Top Rail Tie installs internally to a 5" Sq. Vinyl Post adds strength and durability to the post and rail system. This easy to install, safe on vinyl Top Rail Tie is the ideal solution to having a strong, long-lasting fence. Our top rail tie system lets you install a PVC fence without causing undue stress on the post by securely fastening the top rail within a PVC fence post. It replaces the need for installing simple keeper screws, thus scattering the stress from the top rail to the strongest part of the posts. It also removes post failures at the routed holes from inappropriate stressing and cracking.
