Very High Quality Item
I have been looking for a case such as this for a long time. This one is totally beyond my desire for a well constructed case on wheels. And for $60.00? I couldn't believe it when I opened the box, pulled the case out and felt the quality of this case. I had asked the seller if the retractable arm locked in place when fully extended and it works perfectly. This case is beyond my expectations. I thought the case was going to be klunky and the material would be undesirable. Boy was I wrong! I bought two of them at such a great price. Who knows when a deal like this will come again. I am totally satisfied with my new case. I showed it to a friend of mine and he raved about the quality and price so much that I sold it to him. This deserves another Star. I'm not exaggerating.

low quality material - rips immediately if put to test
I have owned quite a few of these cases over the years, and this one is the worst quality I have come across. On my third trip with it, the front flap tore after I packed it full. Also, one of the side bags suffered a rip after it barely touched a wall when turning a corner too sharp. In other parts, the shiny black surface is already peeling off, showing some ugly white material underneath. Definitely not leather or similar type quality - just real cheap stuff.Like I said, I have owned a number of these bags, so I can compare very well how they cope with use. This one is well below my expectations, and I advise anyone to stay clear of it. Not the real deal! My last one was in the same price range and lasted for 2 years - this one is almost done with after 2 months already. Waste of time and money!

Worth it.
I could write a novel on how great this item is. I love it. It is the best. I get a million compliments. So much room. It glides so easy. I pack it everywhere and it is a traveling office that never lets me down.

Didn't last 1 year
I like the size and design of the case, except a wheel frame completely snapped. This left a hole allowing snow and mud to get inside my case. It also affects the wheel's ability to roll. This case lasted 10 months of 2-day-per-week usage.

Overall very pleased
I usually don't do a re-review, but I saw a lot of the one stars spoke about durability, so I felt I should post. I have now been using this bag daily for 1.75yrs, and using it full to overloaded with heavy files, notebooks, and computers. I drag it over concrete and metal stairs, throw it around, bang it into everything, and its still rolling strong. I had a cat dig its claws into the top and tear the leather, so required some patching (I am cheap and black duck tape worked and is hardly noticed if you do it right) But other than this which is not a product problem, this has been one of the most durable and reliable products I have purchased through amazon. No, the company did not pay me to review, I am an in-home mental health assessor. Coworkers have asked me where I have gotten what I have affectionately termed my traveling office. (I still stand by my 4 stars because I wish it had pen/pencill slots, card slots etc. in front pocket, but durability and space is awesome)Old review (after 1 month use)Overall I love my new bag, holds my 18" laptop as well as my binders, textbooks, and various other things that were so heavy they were wrecking my neck and back when I carried over the shoulder. I gave this a four star rating because I wish it had a pouch on the front for pens/pencils, and little pouches for things like paperclips etc. But I have found a place for everything and overall I'm in love.

Looks great, but falls apart within a few months.
This briefcase looks great, but has fallen apart in only a few months. It is used for a lawyer who goes to court on a daily basis. The top flap and handle have completly detached from the body of the case. I am really amazed at how quickly it has fallen apart. The company refused to satisfy the year warranty and replace it. Instead, they basically told us that we abused the brief case and the damage was beyond normal wear and tear. Seriously, the briefcase lid is a piece of thin cardboard covered in thin "leather". This was used for 4 MONTHS and completely fell a part. I cannot believe how rude the company was in dealing with our complaint. It's not worth the price, and especially not worth the hassle with the company.

Not the best case to use in a meeting where you are expected to be quiet
After using for the past few months, I'm still looking for something I like. Most of the pockets utilize Velcro to fasten the flaps. It is extremely loud to open any of these flaps in a meeting environment. For this reason, at least in my case, I cannot even use any of these pouches. The pouch that opens in the front of the case is a very poor design. Although it can be opened quietly, it is pretty much useless. Unlike other cases I have used with a front pouch, this pouch is not separate from the inside of the case. It opens up into the case. This results in the bottom of the pouch swinging inward inside the case (unless the case is full) causing smaller books to slide down inside the case. The design makes it difficult to organize the contents properly. Too, I do not like the way the two top flaps open. The one close to the extending handle does not fold out of the way, even when the handle is down. You can fold the flap straight up, but it quickly returns to the closed position. This makes it difficult to assess and access the contents. The overall construction does seem to be nice however.
