Salt and Pepper Shakers with Handle Set, 2.75 x 3.5 x 4 inches, Multicolored

COME ON It is $5 set of salt and pepper shakers. I got mine a couple days ago and they seem jsut as sturdy as anyting else. No weak rivets. And to think I almost was scared off by bad reviews? Honestly sometimes I think people have too much time on their hands. It's a salt shaker..... not a Porshe.. And they look great work great, the lids are fitted well and again unless your slamming them down or something these will last as long as nayhting else your going to use everyday. They will sit on a shelf and look great forever.. But if you use it, its metal and its coming into contact with salt and moisture, its not going to hold up forever. Great thing then you get to get a new set of something else because thats the way life is!!! If you like em GET EM and stop over researching everything like I was.. take a deap breath and make that $5 gamble!

After reading the reviews I was hesitant to order these, but with Amazon's generous return policy, I figured I had nothing to lose if they weren't high quality and sturdy enough. I was very pleasantly surprised when I received them. They are adorable, vibrant, the perfect size, AND very well made. WELL worth the $5. Sometimes you just have to find these things out for yourself! Don't worry about the poor reviews, these are a great addition to the kitchen. I couldn't be happier.

I have been getting this same set since my first apt in 1981. I replace them every 7 or 8 yrs.( I'd probably still have my first set, but I like the look of brand new for some things) Way back then, they had screw on tops that I really miss. I never intended to keep getting the same ones over and over again, but every time I shop, nothing really strikes me, and then I come accross these by accident again. It's like "bingo!" This time, I looked for them on purpose, and am getting 2 sets this time. They just look so right in any kitchen(I've lived in 8 different places since I first got them) They look good in every kitchen; feel perfect in your hand and the salt and pepper falls out PERFECTLY. I love cooking with these. I've gotten well made ones,(my first ones were a bit heavier , but I wouldn,t want them heavier- I actually like that they are a bit lighter) but like everything, sometimes something get missed on the assembly line at the factory-give them a chance and try another set. I DO wish they'd at least make the screw tops again. Other than that, I'll probably always use these. And you canNOT beat that price.

I love these salt and pepper shakers! They are big enough to hold a lot of salt and pepper but not too big that you could store them on a shelf above the stove for easy access. And they are so decorative. The tin is bright and cheery and they have a strong handle that you can grab easily. It has big holes so you can get a good shot out of a shake. These are well worth the money.

Cute but cheaply made and lids come off when you shake out salt and pepper, I've kept using them, just holding the lids in place as I go. They're inexpensive so they're fine for what I paid.

I am not understanding the bad reviews...their salt and pepper shakers for $7. Cant expect to much out of them. We have a kitchen in our pole barn and we're decorating everything old school and these work perfect. Saw some people thought they were small. I felt they were larger than an average set and larger than what I have in my home. Cant imagine why'd you need them any bigger. I felt they were very sturdy and seemed to be very durable. Happy with my purchase!

These are really cute, as several have already said, but they are very cheaply made. We just received them a couple of weeks ago, and the handle has already fallen off the salt shaker, and is very loose on the pepper shaker. I really like that the holes are bigger on top, and they were the perfect size to keep next to the stove, but I guess you get what you pay for!

These arrived in great shape for us - I read several of the reviews here about the poor quality of the handles, and luckily ours don't seem to suffer from that. While it's true they are riveted and not welded, I think for the price they are decently made. Maybe it's just that I have big fingers, but I can't imagine ever holding or using these by their handles - it's much more comfortable to just handle them by the body of the shaker.

This is so good looking lol fit well on my kitchen counter. Love it!

Im ersten Moment bin ich etwas erschrocken, als ich diese beiden Streuer sah. Eigentlich waren sie für den Tisch gedacht, aber dafür sind sie einfach viel zu groß. Ein weiches Ei damit salzen? Ja, wenn es ein Straußenei ist, dann würde das passen... Ich habe sie neben dem Herd stehen und verwende sie beim Kochen. Dafür sind sie aber so optimal, dass ich es bedaure sie nicht schon viel früher fehlgekauft zu haben. Dafür sind sie einfach nur perfekt. Ich hätte die jetzt nur noch gerne in klein für den Tisch....
