This phone is a gift for my niece’s birthday so it hasn’t been used yet. The phone seems fine during set up. It has some small nicks around the perimeter of the glass but the case will probably disguise it. Can’t wait until she sees it.

Good for the price
Great condition for the price, a few surface scratches on the screen but nothing else. Battery is at 87% capacity, which is not amazing but makes sense for the price. Overall great buy, would recommend.

Phone battery
Charging ability: Phone would not charge as battery was not installed correctly.

So far it works well. Bought it renewed “excellent” it has a lot of scratches on the screen. One is really close to the front lens and there is a chip on the side. Definitely not excellent, but it is preforming well and battery is at 87% capacity so 3 stars.

Save some money wAmazon Refurbished over time
So,instead of being bilked by our carrier for a “discounted” new phone-and eventually paying retail plus in a year two by way of the extra charge upsell of the mandatory unlimited data,buy your own own lightly used iPhone and keep your plan the way it is.

Wireless charging not working - iMessage not working
Product advertised as excellent condition - wireless charging however does not work - and item does not connect to iMessage and is not working with trips to Apple Store for support.

Just WOW!
This was such an excellent experience. The phone had no defects, was so incredibly easy to set up by using the eSIM procedure. Didn't even have to transfer my old SIM card. The phone works perfectly, is light weight in the hand. I am very happy with this seller and with my purchase
