Medport Insulated Diabetic Travel Case - Diabetes Supply Organizer (Black)

This case meets my requirements as well as any. I use it to carry a pen and needles along with the prep pads. I store three days of needles in the mesh section and the pad and pen below. The cool pack is not usually used but could be handy on a hot summer day. I get about a year from the case and this is the third one I've purchased.

This case was perfect for my husband's diabetic supplies. We use it for traveling. It is a great compact size but still big enough to fit everything. E

Got this as a replacement for one I've had for years. Couldn't find one exactly like mine but this came pretty close & was really better than the one I used for years.

I had this case for three weeks and the inside mesh pocket the stitches ripped loose. I contacted the vendors who said they would send a new out immediately. A day later they said they were out of of stock, but to send the bad one back before the 30 day return policy was up. What eh fail to realize it that diabetics use this type of case to hold all their supplies. so if I returned it I would have nothing to keep my Meter, Lancing Device, Lances, Insulin Pen, Pen Needles, Alcohol Swabs, Log Book and Pen in. Like I said diabetics have a lot of supplies. the vendor has no compassion for my illness and is was only worried about their defective product back.I would buy from a more reputable vendor like Myabetic who make REAL quality product.
